The Stanford Golf Course is a University-owned facility under the direction and supervision of the Department of Athletics, Physical Education and Recreation (DAPER). All constituents are subject to rules and regulations established by DAPER. Stanford University reserves the right to change the membership fees, green fees and other charges at any time without prior notice. Neither DAPER nor Stanford University is responsible for the personal property of golfers. Golf bags and other personal property should not be left unattended in the parking lot, near the clubhouse, or on the course.

Playing privileges are available to Students, Faculty/Staff, Stanford Alumni Association (SAA) Members, Stanford Golf Course members and their guests. Current students and faculty/staff must show current identification to gain access to the course. Alumni must be members of the Stanford Alumni Association and present their SAA card to gain access to the course.
