First opened in 1969, the North Course originally expanded City park’s golf complex to an impressive 72 holes. Unfortunately, 2005 brought Hurricane Katrina and the closure of the North Course. Reopened in 2008, the North Course offers a challenging yet fun round for all levels of golfers.

The North Course incorporates four sets of tees ranging in length from 5,740 yards at the tips to 4,300 yards from the Gold Tees. Water comes into play on eight of the eighteen holes, adding to the competitive nature of the course by making club and shot selection a key factor in the ability to score.
