Hole 7 Discussion

The seventh is a straight forward par 4. The tee shot opens up to a wide landing area that moves slightly right. The play is a standard fade. There's a bit of trouble on both sides, but neither side is inescapable.

The hole narrows at the approach, which is slightly down hill. Two bunkers guard the front of the green. The shot may need to be played low if the player's position isn't ideal, which makes these bunkers more dangerous.

The green has two distinct tiers, so playing to the pin is important. Also, note the sculpture of two bears carved into a stump behind the green.
