Tee shot over carry looks longer then it is. Longer hitters can take on the left bunkers and carry (wind dependent) and leave a shorter iron in. The right fairway bunker is a good target off the tee, and there is more room right then you think - however, this will leave a 220yrd-ish shot in.

The green is pretty fair, but avoid missing long and left as it leaves a tough chip back up from the swale (especially if short side).
