Hole 7 Discussion

The seventh is probably the most challenging hole on the course. There's no way to play the hole without requiring a precise approach shot. The tee shot plays out to a wide fairway. There is a small waste area on the right side (which isn't easily identifiable from the tee, but most players should be able to get past it.

The approach shot is extremely challenging. Even assuming a flat lie, anything short-right of the green will fall into a deep swale. Anything long-left could bounce down to the cart path or even into the creek beyond. Additionally, the green generally runs away from the approach angle.

The green is tough. There is little reason to try and get close to the pin on the approach here, the center of the green is ideal, but even playing short-left of the green could be advantageous for some pin positions.
